Full Service Property Management
- Single Family,Condominium Apartments and Arcades.
- Flat Monthly Fee: 10% of collected rent (minimum sh:500000)

Leasing and Tenant Placement

Multi-Family Property Management
- A management fee of 10% of gross rent.
